Before you book an appointment, please note the following:
- A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required ON ALL STYLES. The deposit will go towards the final price of the service you have selected. Your booking is only complete once the deposit has been paid in full. Deposits vary for each style and will be shown at check out for each style. *** Please do NOT call/text to pay deposit. Deposits must be made online when booking appointment. **
- Remaining balance for services can be paid at the time of service via CASH or CASHAPP or ZELLE. These are the only forms on payment I will accept.
- If you’re 10minutes late, this will result in cancellation .
If you cancel your appointment the same day, a $25 fee will be due before you can book again.
- Reschedules must be done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid your deposit being forfeited.
- Everyone is allowed ONE reschedule, per month. Rescheduled CAN NOT roll over to the following month. If you do this, your appointment will automatically cancel.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON TRANSFERRABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
- Please book for EXACTLY what you want, once your appointment is booked, and your deposit is paid, you can NOT change styles and DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON TRANSFERRABLE. (please note: you will receive the service and time frame you booked for so please be sure to choose the correct one).
- Arrive with your hair washed and blown out (as straight as possible)
- Hair is included in knotless braid styles. One color will be included with your service. Each additional color will be an additional fee of $5 per color.

FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions)
“Why isn’t the time or date popping up?”
I open my schedule for the following month on the 25th of each month. If the calendar is showing all grey, I am completely booked for the style or unavailable.
Please refer to the site frequently for availability and openings as there may be cancellations/openings that arise.
“How do I reschedule my appointment?”
Upon paying your deposit & securing your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that says “VIEW APPOINTMENT”. You will have the option to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE if you are outside of the 24 hour timeframe.
“What kind of braiding hair do I need?”
Be sure to note the color you would like for knotless styles !!! Appointments could possibly be canceled if I don’t know your color before you come*

If you need extra assistance from me, I will respond within 24 - 48 hours. I respond to text and emails Mon-Fri from 9AM- 5PM in the order they were received.
